We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fitter & Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication, fitting, welding, installation, and maintenance activities at project/site locations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of welding techniques, fabrication work, and the ability to read basic drawings and measurements.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding and fabrication work as per project requirements.
Carry out fitting, cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembly activities.
Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
Handle welding machines, cutting tools, grinders, and other equipment safely.
Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and quality of fabricated components.
Follow site safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.




Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to complete assigned work.
Inspect completed work and rectify defects when required.

Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Welder, or related trade preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience in fitting, welding, fabrication, or construction projects.
Knowledge of Arc/MIG welding and fabrication techniques.
Ability to work at project/site locations.
Positive understanding of workplace safety practices.
Immediate joiners preferred.
