Key Responsibilities Conduct branch audits as per schedule. Review loan files, documentation & underwriting quality.
Verify field processes, collections & customer authenticity. Ensure compliance with MFI/product guidelines. Share observations and follow up on closures.
Prepare timely audit reports. Travel across assigned regions and cover 18–20 branches per quarter .
