Job Title/Designation: Field Executive - Site Acquisition - Telecom

Full Time, Temporary/Contractual (Under the payroll of Quess Corp)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identification of location options within 50 to 100 mts distance from the point identified by the customer.
Minimum 4 sites quality visits per day to identify site options.
After approval from the customer, finalization of the rental as per the rental guidelines with landlords.
Collection of documents from the landlords.
Preparation of MOU / Lease Deed agreement from Legal Department.
Get Signatures of landlords on the MOU / Agreement.
Collect the NOC application documents from the circle office and handover to TSP for NOC.
Follow up with TSP for No Objection Certificate.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience is mandatory Annual CTC: Starting from INR 3.25 lakhs per annum (will be decided basis current salary) under Outsourced Partner Payroll
