Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of all MICE events from start to finish.
Manage event budgets, ensuring cost optimization without compromising quality.
Coordinate with venue managers, suppliers, and vendors to secure the best terms.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure event success.
Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
Oversee logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
