We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Jr. Executive/Executive - Human Resources to join our team at Mandideep, Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives while supporting overall organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidates through portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Handle pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
Facilitate joining formalities and documentation.
Conduct exit formalities and maintain employee records.

HR Operations
Support employee lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee data and HR documentation.

Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement
Assist in maintaining healthy industrial and employee relations.




Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Address employee queries and support a positive work workplace.

General Administration
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative activities.
Support day-to-day office administration and HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile MBA with specialization in Human Resources.

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Strong knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

Good understanding of onboarding, exit management, and employee engagement.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
