Job Title: Junior Site Supervisor – Waterproofing

About the Role We are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor – Waterproofing who will be responsible for visiting our project sites, monitoring ongoing waterproofing work, coordinating with workers, and ensuring that the work is completed properly and on time.

This is a field-based role and is suitable for someone who is comfortable travelling to different sites and taking responsibility for day-to-day site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit waterproofing project sites regularly.
- Monitor workers and ensure work is progressing as instructed.
- Supervise the day-to-day waterproofing activities.
- Check surface preparation and application processes.
- Ensure workers follow the required work procedures.
- Monitor the quality and progress of the work.
- Take site photos/videos and share regular updates with the office.
- Check material usage and inform the office about material requirements.
- Coordinate with waterproofing workers and site representatives.
- Identify issues, delays, or poor-quality work and report them immediately.
- Ensure incomplete or incorrect work is brought to the attention of the team.
- Maintain basic daily site reports.




- Coordinate with customers/site owners when required.
- Help ensure projects are completed within the committed timeline.

Who We Are Looking For
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- ITI / Diploma / Civil Engineering students or graduates are preferred, but not mandatory.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
- Ability to work outdoors and in construction-site environments.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and taking photos/videos.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
