About the role

Pentad Education is looking for a driven sales & marketing person to join our core team. You'll be selling Sukruthi Sarani — our Kannada learning Kits and school Labs — to bookstores, schools, preschools, and franchise partners, and helping us build entirely new revenue channels.

This isn't a plug-and-play sales job. You'll be building relationships and revenue from the ground up, with a genuine path to a leadership position based on performance.

What you'll do

- Sell Sukruthi Sarani Kits (bookstores, school campuses, retail) and Lab installations (preschools, franchises)
- Build and manage relationships with schools, retail partners, and franchise leads
- Represent Pentad at events and exhibitions to source recent clients
- Help identify and build out new revenue streams beyond our current offerings

Who we're looking for

- Loves sales and the process of building new relationships
- Comfortable with a performance-based, results-first environment
- Prior experience in B2B/school sales, ed-tech, or retail partnerships is a plus
