Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. You will play a key role in designing visual content that communicates PedalStart’s brand identity, enhances engagement, and supports our startup ecosystem initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging designs and visual content for social media, websites, presentations, and campaigns.
- Manage and create content for social media.
- Edit videos and create engaging video content.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas into creative visuals.
- Maintain consistency in the brand’s look and feel across all designs.
- Design pitch decks, reports, presentations, and other marketing materials.




- Keep up with new design trends and explore fresh ideas.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver work within timelines.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Basic to moderate knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
- A creative portfolio that showcases your design and video work.
- Good sense of design, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.

Compensation: Around 40k/ month (Based on experience)
