Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer (Fresher) role based in Indore.

The Graphic

Designer will assist in creating visual assets for web projects, including logos, brand elements, icons, social media graphics, and marketing materials that align with client brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting senior designers in conceptualizing and executing design ideas, working with typography and layout, adapting designs for different digital platforms, and preparing files for development and animation teams. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, developers,



and content creators to ensure cohesive visual narratives and consistent branding across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to experiment with modern design styles and motion-driven interfaces.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging digital assets.
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development of distinctive brand identities and visual systems.
- Knowledge of Typography and layout principles to ensure clear, readable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or similar design software).
- Portfolio or academic projects demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of modern design trends.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment, take constructive feedback, and manage multiple tasks responsibly.
- Basic understanding of web and digital design formats; familiarity with motion or UI design is a plus.
- Degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
