Job Responsibilities
Maintain and update vehicle sales, service, parts, and customer data in the dealership DMS/ERP system.
Enter and verify daily sales, purchase, stock, billing, and service records.
Generate MIS reports related to vehicle sales, inventory, service, and spare parts.
Monitor data accuracy and correct discrepancies in system records.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Accounts, and Administration teams.
Maintain customer and vehicle databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
Provide system/data support to dealership staff.
Maintain proper backup and confidentiality of company data.
Assist management with data analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications
Graduate, preferably B.Com/BBA/BCA or equivalent.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
Experience with automobile dealership DMS software is an advantage

Pay: ₹12,022.57 - ₹15,604.56 per month
