Responsible for property inspections, client/buyer coordination, PVR preparation, property photography, and assigned field activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property inspections as per the company checklist.
Accompany buyers/clients for property visits.
Collect and verify property details during site visits.
Prepare PVR (Property Valuation Report).
Capture and upload property photos to the company website.
Coordinate with buyers, clients, and internal teams.
Follow up on assigned properties and provide timely updates.
Complete other assigned field activities.
Requirements
Two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license is mandatory.
Solid communication and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for property visits.
Basic smartphone and computer skills.
Positive coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
