The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for marketing and promotional materials, including digital assets, print collateral, and cinema-related graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design layouts, collaborating with marketing and content teams, refining brand visuals, and preparing artwork for production and digital platforms. The role also involves iterating on feedback,



maintaining design consistency across campaigns, and managing multiple projects within deadlines.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective designs.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
Knowledge of Typography and layout principles for explicit, engaging, and readable visual communication.
Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent software).
Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects.
Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
