Key Responsibilities
Assist senior team members with day-to-day technical work.
Support basic engineering documentation and drawings.
Assist with measurements, calculations and technical records.
Understand project requirements and follow technical instructions.
Coordinate with production and other teams when required.
Assist with basic technical problem-solving.
Maintain required documents and records.
Learn company processes and technical procedures.
Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of engineering concepts.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Basic problem-solving ability.
Eligibility
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering field.
