Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Handle VIP and repeat guests with special attention, ensuring their preferences are met.
Coordinate with various departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, etc.) to fulfill guest requests.
Ensure all guest complaints and concerns are addressed professionally and documented properly.
Maintain a friendly and qualified relationship with guests to encourage repeat visits.
Gather and analyze guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions.
Maintain records of guest interactions, preferences, and complaints for future reference.
Prepare daily reports on guest feedback, complaints, and service improvements.
