The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of direct and relevant experience in washing machine R&D; and product development, preferably with an OEM/ODM or consumer durables manufacturing company.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end R&D; and product development of semi-automatic and fully automatic washing machines.
Develop recent models and platforms based on market and customer requirements.
Take products from concept → design → prototype → testing → tooling → pilot production → mass production.
Prepare and approve product specifications, BOMs, drawings and technical documentation.
Benchmark products against leading Indian and international washing machine brands.
