About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager – Brand & Growth Strategy to own Analytix's overall marketing strategy across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This is a senior, strategic role for someone who blends brand thinking, digital marketing expertise, and commercial acumen — equally comfortable setting direction in the boardroom, guiding a specialist digital team, and generating qualified leads from investors and businesses exploring market entry into the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and drive Analytix's overall marketing strategy across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, aligned with regional business growth goals
2. Build and strengthen Analytix's brand positioning as a global consulting firm with deep local market expertise — leveraging our 17-year track record and presence across 8 countries
3. Develop thought-leadership content (market insights, regulatory updates, whitepapers) to build credibility with investors and enterprises entering the Saudi/UAE market
4. Ensure brand consistency across website, proposals, LinkedIn, campaigns, and all client-facing materials
5. Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR, and partnerships — translating strategy into measurable business outcomes, not just campaign metrics
6. Guide and mentor the digital marketing team (SEO, paid media, LinkedIn, content, email) while personally owning strategic direction and ROI accountability
7. Optimize digital channels and landing pages for lead generation on key search terms relevant to business setup and market entry
8. Plan and execute high-impact B2B events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking activations across the UAE and GCC to generate qualified business leads
9. Partner closely with the Business Development team to align marketing initiatives with client acquisition and revenue targets — bringing a genuine BD/sales lens to campaign planning

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and industry alliances (law firms, banks, free zone authorities, chambers of commerce) that expand Analytix's market presence
11. Build relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders across the region
12. Track and report on marketing KPIs, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI to senior leadership, with a clear line to business impact
13. Develop market intelligence and competitive insights to guide positioning across new industries and geographies
14. Represent Analytix at industry forums, business councils, and networking platforms across Dubai and Saudi Arabia

Requirements

1. 5–6+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, with meaningful exposure to Business Development or B2B Sales
2. Proven experience leading a marketing function or team end-to-end, not just executing campaigns
3. Robust, current knowledge of the Dubai/UAE and Saudi Arabia markets is mandatory — practical, not just theoretical
4. A genuine blend of brand strategy, B2B marketing, and commercial acumen — comfortable in a boardroom as much as a campaign brief
5. Solid working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, paid media, LinkedIn, content, email) — enough to lead and challenge a specialist team
6. Experience planning and running B2B events, exhibitions, and networking activations across the region
7. Prior experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, business setup, accounting, or corporate services is highly preferred
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
9. Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills
10. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills will be a strong advantage
11. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
