Role Description The German Trainer will deliver German language instruction to learners in a remote, part time capacity, focusing on clear communication and practical language use. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting online lessons, creating and adapting curriculum materials, and assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and interactive activities. The trainer will support learners at middle school level and above, provide regular feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to accommodate varied learning styles.





Additional tasks may involve preparing supplemental learning resources, collaborating with the team on program improvements, and maintaining accurate records of learner performance.

Qualifications

- Teaching and Middle School instruction skills, with experience guiding learners in structured classroom or online settings.
- Curriculum Development and Language Arts skills to design engaging lesson plans and learning materials.
- Strong Communication skills for clear explanation, constructive feedback, and effective interaction with learners and colleagues.
- Proficiency in German (preferably at C1 level or above) and strong command of English for bilingual instruction.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital tools for remote delivery of lessons and assessments.
- Relevant academic background in German language, linguistics, education, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules, and adapt teaching approaches to diverse learner needs.
