Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the resort/property.
- Supervise and coordinate all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Maintenance.
- Ensure excellent guest experience, service quality and complaint resolution.
- Manage staff, duty rosters, attendance, discipline and overall team performance.
- Monitor property cleanliness, maintenance, safety and overall presentation.
- Handle inventory, purchasing, vendor coordination and cost control.
- Monitor daily revenue, expenses, cash handling and operational budgets.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage events, functions, group bookings and special guest requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.
- Support business development, sales and revenue-generation activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments for efficient property operations.
- Maintain the overall standards, reputation and profitability of the resort.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Hotel / Resort / Property Management.
- Candidate should have experience in managing complete resort/property operations.




- Strong knowledge of Hotel Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B; and Maintenance coordination.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a large team effectively.
- Good experience in guest handling, complaint resolution and customer service.
- Knowledge of inventory, purchase, vendor management and cost control.
- Strong administrative, organizational and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates from resorts, luxury hotels, boutique hotels or large hospitality properties will be preferred.
- Should be willing to take complete ownership of property operations and work closely with management.
- Candidates with strong leadership, problem-solving and revenue-management skills will be highly preferred.
