We are looking for a passionate and purpose-driven General Manager – Partnerships & Programmes to lead our NGO partner portfolio across India. This role is ideal for someone who believes in community-led development, values trust-based partnerships and is committed to enabling lasting social change.

Position Overview
Build and nurture robust relationships with NGO partners across multiple development sectors.
Support, mentor, and strengthen partner organizations through field engagement and capacity building.
Monitor program progress with empathy and a learning-oriented approach.
Track impact, consolidate outcomes, and contribute to organizational learning.
Represent the Foundation in development sector networks, forums,



and stakeholder engagements.
Identify innovative opportunities and partnerships that advance sustainable community development.

The Expertise You Bring
Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in the development sector, including NGO partnerships, grant management, or program leadership.
Strong communication, mentoring, relationship-building, and program assessment skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil.
