Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take complete ownership of our manufacturing plant, supply chain purchasing, dispatch logistics, and site installation execution. You will streamline shop-floor productivity, maintain strict quality control, optimize material procurement, and ensure timely project handovers at client sites.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing &
Production:

Plan and oversee daily production schedules, optimize workflow efficiency, manage labor deployment, and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Purchase &
Supply Chain:

Source and negotiate rates for industrial raw materials (structural steel, sheets, insulation, hardware), manage vendor relationships, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Dispatch &
Logistics:

Coordinate protected and cost-effective transport of manufactured units from the factory to client sites, managing transit documentation and dispatch schedules.




Site Execution: Oversee installation, coordination, and labor management at customer sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.
Quality &
Compliance:

Drive quality assurance checks across fabrication and finishing stages, ensuring adherence to design tolerances and client requirements.

Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing plant operations, fabrication shop floors, or project execution.
Skills: Solid vendor negotiation skills, working knowledge of structural/sheet metal fabrication, basic safety compliance, and local logistics management.
