We are looking for an experienced Full stack software engineer to design, plan, and lead the architecture of our applications, including AI-based agent systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, follow modular development practices, and be capable of managing and mentoring a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and architect scalable, maintainable applications using modular/component-based design

Break down applications into independent, reusable modules for easier scaling and maintenance

Define technical design, system architecture, and integration strategy for current and existing projects

Design and develop AI-based application agents and integrate them into existing systems/workflows

Guide development teams on best practices for implementation

Design caching strategies to optimize application performance

Set up and manage version control workflows (Git branching, code review process)

Work with Linux-based environments for deployment and system management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers — assign tasks, review progress, and ensure timely delivery

Conduct code reviews and enforce architectural/coding standards across the team





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python with Flask and Django frameworks
Working knowledge of frontend and backend development (as needed for the application type)
Experience designing systems using modular architecture principles
Experience with AI agent development and integration (LLM-based agents, automation workflows)
Experience designing and implementing caching systems (Redis, Memcached, etc.)
Proficient with Git and version control workflows
Comfortable working in Linux environments
Experience with server/application deployment and management
Good understanding of APIs, databases, and system design principles
Prior experience leading or managing a development team
Strong communication and decision-making skills

Good to Have
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
Exposure to vector databases / RAG pipelines
