Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably within financial services, investment management, banking, capital markets, or another complex enterprise workplace.
Strong hands-on development experience with Python.
Strong development experience with Java.
Full-stack development experience with modern UI technologies such as React, Angular, or equivalent.
Robust understanding of APIs, application integrations, distributed systems, and data-driven applications.
Proven ability to independently own and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
Experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.




Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, production-grade software.

Nice to Have
Experience or strong interest in financial markets, investment management, asset management, or capital markets workflows.
Exposure to front-office or investment technology platforms.
Cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse technologies.
Exposure to AI-powered applications, LLMs, agentic frameworks, or GenAI solutions.
Experience working within large-scale, multi-vendor enterprise environments
