We’re Entri, a fast-growing EdTech startup from Kochi, and we’re looking for a self-driven

German Language Trainer/Mentor for our Tamil Nadu region.

The ideal candidate should have experience in German language training and be capable of handling academic delivery, learner outcomes, mentor coordination, and regional program support.

Key Responsibilities
Impact & Data Ownership

Track learner progress, results, and key academic metrics.
Mentor Monitoring

Monitor class quality, mentor performance, attendance, and learner engagement.
Class Continuity

Coordinate mentor replacements and ensure uninterrupted class delivery.
Webinars & Live Sessions

Conduct webinars, demos, orientations, and learner-facing sessions.
Social Media Representation

Represent and promote Entri’s German program through relevant content and activities.
Team Collaboration

Work closely with SRC and Course Coordinators for smooth learner support and operations.
In-House Program Ownership

Support and manage specialised programs such as Nurses’ and Engineers’ German classes.
Batch Handling & Exam Preparation

Handle A1–B2 batches and support learners with revision, mock exams, speaking practice, and exam preparation.



Preferred Skills & Qualifications

● Robust German language proficiency up to B2 level.

● Experience as a German Language Trainer/Mentor.

● Robust communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to handle webinars, demos, and learner-engagement sessions.

● Strong focus on learner results and course completion.

● Ability to monitor learner performance and take corrective actions.

● Good coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

● Tamil language proficiency is preferred.

● Knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage.

What We Expect A proactive and result-oriented Mentor who can take ownership of learner success, academic quality, exam readiness, and smooth program delivery.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
