We are looking for a Fresher Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Production with an educational background in Printing Technology / Printing & Packaging Technology to join our Production team at our Greater Noida plant.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, monitoring printing processes, maintaining production standards and ensuring smooth shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
Understand and monitor various printing processes and production operations.
Support production planning and execution as per daily production targets.
Monitor machine performance, production output and process parameters.
Assist in maintaining quality standards during the printing process.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and other departments for smooth production operations.
Monitor wastage, rejection, rework and productivity.
Maintain production records, reports and other manufacturing documentation.
Follow SOPs, safety procedures and company standards.




Support continuous improvement initiatives for improving productivity and reducing wastage.
Learn and operate/understand printing machinery and processes related to label/packaging printing.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline on the production floor.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Tech/B.E. in Printing Technology / Printing Engineering / Printing & Packaging Technology.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 0 2 years of experience in printing, packaging or manufacturing may also apply.
Basic understanding of printing processes, production operations and quality control.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant workplace and rotational shifts.
Candidates having exposure to Flexo, Label Printing, Packaging Printing or other printing processes will be preferred.
