About The Role

We’re looking for a Design Lead—Branding & Graphic Design to build and lead our Branding & Graphic Design practice at Lollypop.

The role combines hands-on design, creative leadership, team mentoring, and client collaboration. You’ll work on branding projects, set design standards, support pitches and scoping, and mentor designers while continuing to stay actively involved in design.

What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of agency experience in branding, graphic design, or visual communication
Solid portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution
Experience mentoring designers or leading creative reviews
Solid client-facing and communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
A growth mindset with an interest in developing people and building a design practice
