Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with traders, sales teams, and senior Strats to support Global Markets businesses.
Develop and implement data-driven ideas, analytics, and tools for trading and sales desks.
Build and productionize solutions that improve efficiency and automate processes.
Develop analytical tools to identify recent business and trading opportunities.
Collaborate with desk-aligned teams to enhance trading analytics and decision-making.
Support the development and implementation of innovative solutions for the trading business.

Requisites
Solid background in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering,



or a related quantitative field.
Good understanding of Financial Markets and Fixed Income (FI) products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Python, SQL, or other programming/analytics tools.
Knowledge of data analysis, financial modelling, and quantitative analytics.
Ability to work closely with traders, salespeople, and technical teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop automation and data-driven solutions in a fast-paced setting.
