Job Title: Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and support marketing, e-commerce, and social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, website banners, emailers, and advertisements.
Create product creatives, promotional materials, catalogues, brochures, and packaging designs.
Develop visual concepts that effectively communicate brand messaging.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and marketplace teams to execute campaigns.
Edit and enhance images for e-commerce listings and marketing assets.
Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Stay updated with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.




Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating creatives for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in fashion, apparel, kidswear, or D2C brands.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Photography and image-retouching skills.
Ability to understand marketing objectives and translate them into effective visual communication.
