At Rare Biblio, we craft premium, collectible editions of some of the world’s most beloved books. We’re looking for a Graphic Illustrator who can bring stories to life through stunning, intricate line art designed for luxury book covers and interior illustrations.

What You’ll Do:

• Create high-quality line art illustrations for classic and contemporary novels

• Design visually striking cover elements tailored for leather-bound editions

• Develop interior illustrations that enhance the reading experience without overwhelming the narrative
Translate themes, symbolism, and storytelling into refined visual compositions
Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure artwork is print-ready, especially for embossing and foiling applications

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid expertise in line art, engraving-style illustration, and minimal yet elegant compositions

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign , or equivalent





• Understanding of print processes , especially embossing, foil stamping, and book design constraints

• A portfolio showcasing detailed, thoughtful illustrations suited for novels (not children’s books)
Ability to interpret literary themes into visual storytelling

Bonus Points If You:

• Are a book lover with a deep appreciation for literature

• Have experience working on book covers or publishing projects

• Enjoy working on classic, timeless aesthetics rather than trendy styles
