NWe are looking for a highly energetic and result-driven Senior Business Development Lead with solid experience in offline and field marketing within the hospitality industry.
NThe candidate will be responsible for generating current business through direct client meetings, corporate visits, partnerships, and local networking to drive room bookings, banquet business, events, and F&B; revenue.
NThe ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales and relationship building.
NKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Development & Lead Generation (Offline)

Identify and approach corporate companies, travel agents, event planners, wedding planners, institutions, and local businesses
N
Conduct daily field visits, cold calls, and in-person meetings
N
Generate leads for:

no Corporate outingbookings
No Banquet events & conferences
No Weddings & social events
No F&B; packages and group bookings
N· Develop local partnerships and tie-ups to increase brand visibility
NClient Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and B2B clients
N
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed business
N
Ensure repeat business and client retention
N
Handle client meetings,property visits, and presentations
N
nSales Target & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and quarterly individual revenue targets
N
Convert walk-in and field leads into confirmed bookings
N
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
N
· Maintain solid salespipeline and conversion ratio
