Primary purpose: Lead and manage the school admissions function to achieve enrolment targets and deliver a smooth parent experience.

Qualification and Experience
Graduate required; MBA/Postgraduate preferred.
5–7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in admissions and B2C sales, preferably in K–12 or international schools.

Job Summary The Head Admissions will be responsible for driving school admissions and achieving enrolment targets by leading and training the admissions counselling team. The team management role involves generating and converting qualified leads and walk-in enquiries, ensuring adherence to admission SOPs,



and delivering a seamless parent counselling experience. The incumbent will build and maintain partnerships with nearby preschools under the PPEP programme, organise engagement activities and events to improve visibility and footfalls, monitor competition and digital platforms, and ensure that the school’s marketing aesthetics, hygiene standards and unique selling propositions are consistently maintained.

The position requires solid B2C sales and team-management capabilities, excellent communication and planning skills, and a proactive, result-oriented approach.
