Experience: 2–5 years in graphite production / manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day graphite production activities as per production plans.
Operate and monitor production processes and equipment.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize production wastage.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Production teams.
Identify and resolve production-related issues.
Maintain production records, batch reports and shift documentation.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and 5S standards.
Monitor manpower allocation and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness and safety across the production area.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of graphite manufacturing/production processes.
Understanding of production planning and quality standards.
Positive team-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of workplace safety and 5S.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
