Graphic Designer (Creative)

Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Work Mode: Work from Office

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM

Experience: 2–4 Years

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience in creating high-quality visual content for digital platforms, social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a solid design sense, a good understanding of current social media trends, and the ability to create both static and video creatives.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality graphics and visual content for digital platforms, social media, ads, and campaigns.
Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Create and edit static creatives, short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics.
Stay updated with social media trends, reel formats, visual styles, and digital content trends.
Maintain consistency in branding, typography, layouts, and visual language.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to develop engaging creative campaigns.




Manage multiple creative requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
Bring fresh creative ideas and concepts to improve audience engagement.

Requirements
2–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Designing.
Strong portfolio showcasing both static and video work.
Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Robust understanding of social media creatives, Instagram, YouTube, and digital advertising formats.
Good knowledge of design principles, typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills
Experience creating creatives for digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools.
Robust awareness of current social media and digital design trends.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
