Role Description The Google Ads Executive will manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns for clients on a full time basis in a remote work setup. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and setting up search, display, and video campaigns; performing keyword research; writing and optimizing ad copy; and managing bidding strategies.

The role involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, preparing reports, and recommending optimizations to improve click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend.

The Google Ads

Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders or clients to understand business goals, align campaigns with marketing strategies, and ensure timely communication of performance insights and recommendations. The position also requires staying current with Google Ads best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications
Robust skills in Google Ads campaign setup and management, including search, display, and video formats.
Ability to conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization to meet performance goals.
Experience in analyzing campaign metrics,



generating performance reports, and using data to guide decisions.
Proficiency in writing clear, engaging ad copy and adapting messaging for different audiences and formats.
Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including PPC, conversion tracking, and basic SEO concepts.
Comfort with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Keyword Planner (or similar platforms).
Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines remotely.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in a Google Ads, PPC, or performance marketing role is beneficial.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in running and managing the ads.
