Key Responsibilities
Lead the Pan-India design function for managed office and corporate interior projects.
Manage projects from client brief, concept development and test-fit planning through execution and final handover.
Lead, mentor and manage architects, interior designers, 2D drafters and 3D visualisers.
Review space plans, mood boards, concept designs, detailed drawings, GFCs and 3D visualisations.
Translate client requirements into cutting-edge, functional and cost-effective workplace solutions.
Present design concepts and technical solutions to clients and senior stakeholders.
Coordinate with Sales, Projects, MEP, QS, Procurement and Facility teams.
Ensure designs comply with project budgets, timelines, quality standards and statutory requirements.
Conduct design reviews and resolve technical or site-related challenges.
Standardise design processes, specifications,
templates and quality guidelines across locations.
Introduce the latest workplace-design trends, sustainable materials and design technologies.
Support business development through technical presentations, design pitches and client meetings.
Technical Skills
Robust expertise in space planning, workplace strategy and corporate interior design.
Advanced knowledge of 2D drafting, detailing, elevations, sections and GFC drawings.
Solid understanding of 3D modelling, visualisation, rendering and walkthroughs.
Knowledge of civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical, fire and life-safety coordination.
Expertise in material selection, finishes, furniture planning and specifications.
Sound understanding of BOQs, costing, value engineering and design feasibility.
Ability to review design documentation and ensure execution accuracy.
