FACILITY MANAGER
Prime ownership of upkeep & maintenance of branches & offices.
Tracking of complaint management system, assign complaints to vendors & ensure resolution within defined TAT.
Conduct periodical physical & virtual branch visits as per policy. Communicate visit observations with branch and ensure closure of observation within TAT.
Issuance Purchase Orders, processing of payments within 10 days post completion work verifying relevant supportings.
Closure of service quality observations
Monitoring AMC schedules of all critical equipment and ensure services rendered by vendor as per SLA.
Closely monitor service contracts, initiate renewals 3 months in advance
Comply systems & processes
Review of periodic Electrical Audits & rectifications thereof,



AMC certifications and implementing measures to reduce electricity cost etc. along with timely submission of various MIS / Reports.
Take up refurbishment of branches & offices to ensure look at feel up to the standards.
Drive space optimization projects
Drive centralized special project & completion within timeline.
Periodical meeting with cluster heads, branches, Asset Centres & other verticals to understand operational constraints and help them for quick resolution.
Capital Asset replacement & write-off of old assets.
Send periodical communication to stake holders on electrical safety, upkeep & maintenance etc.
