Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Gold Operations strategy—managing execution, client delivery, and talent sourcing across multiple jurisdictions.
Oversee a team of senior consultants and researchers focused exclusively on gold mining, exploration, and processing leadership placements.
Develop and maintain sector-specific intelligence dashboards tracking project pipelines, talent availability, and regulatory shifts across key gold-producing regions.
Partner with global leadership to scale Gold vertical KPIs: client retention, placement velocity,



and candidate quality benchmarks.
Define operational playbooks for high-impact searches—from junior geologists to CFOs of mid-tier gold producers—ensuring consistency and speed.
Represent the firm at major mining conferences and industry roundtables to deepen sector credibility and source passive talent.
