About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing, brand, patient acquisition, and growth strategy for a premium aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy.
Drive patient acquisition, lead generation, and performance marketing.
Manage brand positioning, social media, influencers, PR, and local marketing.
Improve lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-treatment conversions.
Lead and manage internal marketing teams, agencies, and vendors.
Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
Build data-driven campaigns focused on sustainable business growth.
Develop strategies to strengthen the clinic’s premium brand presence.
Identify new growth prospects and optimize marketing budgets.





Mandatory Requirement Candidates must have proven experience in one or more of the following:
Aesthetics
Dermatology
Cosmetics
Skin & Hair
Beauty & Wellness
Premium Healthcare Marketing

Profiles from generic IT, FMCG, real estate, or conventional digital marketing backgrounds without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

Ideal Candidate
8+ years of relevant marketing experience.
Strong understanding of patient acquisition and healthcare/aesthetic marketing.
Proven experience managing marketing teams and external agencies.
Solid analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
Experience handling performance marketing, branding, and growth initiatives.
