HR Recruitment Executive MANMAJ Group Private Limited is hiring an HR Recruitment Executive to support candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.

Work mode: Work from home Duration: 3 months Schedule: Flexible Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month Openings: 1–2 Preferred candidate location: Pune Experience : 6 month to 2 year Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media and approved channels. Review CVs and conduct initial candidate screening. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant records. Post approved vacancies on recruitment channels. Provide regular hiring-status updates.

Requirements Valuable communication and candidate-coordination skills. Basic recruitment and MS Excel knowledge. Organised, skilled and comfortable working with hiring targets. Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management,



Commerce or a related discipline. Freshers may apply; recruitment or telecalling experience is advantageous. This is a three-month, stipend-based internship focused only on recruitment. An internship certificate will be provided upon successful completion, subject to satisfactory performance and company policy. The internship is currently work from home. After three months, MANMAJ may review whether any extension or future role requires office attendance. Permanent employment or an extension is not guaranteed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
