Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and highly proactive professional to independently lead and drive the Student Internships, Career Exploration, Planning & Pathways function across the school.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the department and its overall strategy.
Build solid industry, corporate, Indian & Foreign university partnerships.
Establish tie-ups with reputed internship-organising firms, companies, start-ups, and industry partners to create diverse internship opportunities (in India & Abroad) for students.
Proactively identify and secure internship opportunities (in India & Abroad), mentorship, and career exposure opportunities for students.
Guide students on career pathways, higher education, college selection, and future opportunities.
Organise career talks, workshops, industry interactions, internships (in India & Abroad), and Indian & Foreign university engagement programmes.




Develop and maintain a strong network of specialists, organisations, companies, and educational institutions.
Work closely with school leadership, counsellors, and academic teams to support student career planning and pathways.
Track and report the impact and outcomes of the department’s initiatives.

Ideal Candidate
8+ years of relevant experience in career counselling, internships, university relations, corporate relations, education, or student development.
Excellent networking, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of career pathways and higher education.
Highly independent, result-oriented, and proactive.
Someone who can create opportunities rather than wait for them and build a robust career, internship, and industry-connect platform for students.

Pay: ₹40,101.55 - ₹70,796.88 per month
