Role Description: The Game Master role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. In this role, the Game Master introduces guests to suitable board games, explains rules clearly, facilitates gameplay, and ensures a fun, inclusive, and engaging experience for all participants. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, understanding group needs, recommending games, setting up and organizing game sessions, and actively moderating play to keep sessions enjoyable and fair.

The Game

Master also supports corporate and private events, helps coordinate tournaments,



and assists with café operations such as maintaining the game library, keeping play areas organized, and collaborating with the team to improve guest experiences. This role involves direct customer interaction, real-time problem-solving, and creatively tailoring experiences for different age groups, team sizes, and occasions.

Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with guests, explain game rules, and create welcoming, inclusive experiences.
Ability to adapt easily and think creatively, adjusting to different group dynamics, event formats, and player preferences.
Interest or experience in Game Design and board games, with the ability to learn current games quickly and recommend appropriate options to different audiences.
Enthusiasm for hospitality or café environments, with attention to cleanliness, organization, and overall guest satisfaction.
Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, guest-facing role, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Prior experience in events, recreation, education, or entertainment is an advantage.
Basic computer skills and comfort using digital tools for scheduling, bookings, and event coordination.
