Position: Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Expert
Qualification: Graduate in any field along with a HSE Certification (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred) with a minimum 5 years of skilled experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Enforce work site safety, monitor EHS compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and report incidents or near misses.
Ensure worker welfare and environmental safeguards are strictly followed.
Undertake environmental and social screening as per ADB or State norms and support suitable mitigation measures.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety and environmental risks and recommend corrective measures.
Monitor compliance with approved HSE procedures and applicable safeguard requirements.
Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, toolbox talks, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with site teams to promote secure working practices and address HSE-related issues.
