Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Team Lead)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) to lead a development team and deliver high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across frontend and backend development, enjoys mentoring team members, and can manage projects from architecture through deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers; allocate tasks and track delivery.
Design scalable application architecture and technical solutions.
Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, quality, and security practices.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Work closely with designers, stakeholders, and project managers to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Manage source control, branching, release processes, and deployments.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and reliability.
Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth development-to-production releases.

Required Skills
2–3 years of full stack web-development experience, including team coordination or leadership exposure.




Strong knowledge of React.js or Angular.
Solid backend development experience with Node.js.
Experience with PHP and WordPress development, including custom themes/plugins.
Proficiency in API development and integration.
Good understanding of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and version-control workflows.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and deployment environments.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and web security basics.
Solid problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing.
Exposure to performance optimization and application monitoring tools.
