GeM Manager – SkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GeM Manager to manage and grow our business through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), with a focus on prospects in the Bhubaneswar market. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, tender management, bid participation, order processing, and coordination with government departments and buyers across Bhubaneswar and Odisha.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s GeM seller account and product catalogue.
Create and update accurate product listings, specifications, pricing, and documentation.
Search, evaluate, and participate in relevant GeM bids and tenders from government departments and organisations in Bhubaneswar and Odisha.
Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and required documents within deadlines.
Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and buyers regarding orders, queries, and requirements.
Monitor GeM orders, payments, deliveries, and performance for the Bhubaneswar market.
Handle bid participation, reverse auctions, OEM/brand documentation,



and compliance requirements.
Maintain records of bids, orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth order execution.
Track competitors, market opportunities, and government procurement trends in Bhubaneswar and Odisha.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM will be an advantage.
3+ years of experience in GeM operations, tender management, or government sales.
Positive knowledge of the GeM portal and government tendering process.
Familiarity with government departments, procurement practices, and business opportunities in Bhubaneswar and Odisha will be preferred.
Robust communication, documentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines effectively.
