Requirements:
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
1–5 years of relevant experience.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Candidates with relevant DRA/collection experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and follow up on assigned accounts.
Support collection/recovery activities.
Maintain accurate customer and payment records.
Achieve assigned targets and performance goals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
