We are looking for an experienced GM - Civil to lead Civil Maintenance for a portfolio of 10 buildings in Gurgaon (2 Residential and 8 Commercial).

Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for Civil Maintenance - Waterproofing, Seepage & Leakage Treatment, Structure, Faade, Plumbing, Plaster, Painting and Finishing works across multiple sites.
Planning and execution of Preventive and Breakdown maintenance.
Handling BOQ, Estimation, Measurement, Billing and Rate Analysis.
Managing renovation, refurbishment and interior fit-out works.
Vendor management, contractor management and material quality check.
Preparation of Annual Maintenance Budget - OPEX & CAPEX control and cost optimization.
Leading team of Civil Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians.
Ensure safety, quality and timely completion of all civil works.
Prepare MIS reports and documentation.

Requirements:
B.E / B.Tech - Civil with 15+ years experience in Facility Management / Real Estate / PMC.
Must have experience in handling multiple buildings in Gurgaon.
Solid knowledge of waterproofing, plumbing and repair works.
Based in Delhi NCR.
