Position: General Manager

Location: Calicut Town

Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹90,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Qualification: Degree / Hotel Management

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee the overall operations and management of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day restaurant and hospitality operations.
Lead and motivate staff to ensure smooth and productive operations.
Monitor sales, revenue, costs, and overall business performance.
Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
Handle staff management, scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and service standards.




Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.
Prepare operational reports and update management on business performance.

Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Restaurant/Hotel field experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in hospitality operations and team management.
Degree / Hotel Management qualification preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and business management.
Candidates with solid leadership and operational experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
