We are looking for an experienced AI-Powered Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Trainer to deliver live online training and provide practical guidance to our learners.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct live, interactive online training sessions on GRC and AI-powered GRC.
- Teach Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and AI Governance concepts.
- Train students on frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and related standards.
- Explain AI Risk Management, Responsible AI, and AI Governance.
- Provide real-world examples, case studies, assignments, and hands-on projects.
- Mentor students and help them understand practical GRC processes.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and Q&A; sessions.
- Assist learners with project implementation and career-oriented guidance.
- Update training content based on current industry practices and emerging AI governance requirements.

Required Skills
- Solid practical knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and information security.




- Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of AI Governance and AI Risk Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, learner-friendly manner.
- Previous corporate training or teaching experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant industry or training experience.
- GRC/Cybersecurity certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001, Security , or equivalent are a plus.
- Experience with GRC tools such as ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, OneTrust, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, or AI Risk Management is an advantage.
