Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for a Founding Team – Growth & Operations member. The role involves driving growth initiatives for restaurant and hospitality clients, including identifying opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting revenue generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, optimizing operational processes, and tracking performance metrics.

The team member will collaborate closely with founders on key strategic decisions,



assist with building scalable systems, and contribute to partner and vendor relationships within the Restrography ecosystem. The role also includes preparing presentations, reports, and insights for clients and stakeholders, while ensuring high-quality execution across all growth and operations activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interactions, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Growth Hacking and Sales skills to design and execute growth experiments, support client acquisition, and drive revenue-focused initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple client engagements and internal initiatives on time.
- Understanding of restaurant or hospitality operations, including basic financial and operational metrics, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in consulting, growth, or operations is an advantage.
