We are a lean, founder-led team where you get real ownership early.

This is not a typical internship where you simply execute assigned tasks. As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work directly with the founder across growth, content, design, go-to-market, client success and technology.

Think of it as a chance to see how a startup is actually built.

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Duration: 3 to 6 Months | Type: Internship

Stipend: ₹5,000/month, based on skills, experience & fit

Potential: Full-time conversion based on performance & mutual fit

What You’ll Work On1. Growth & Go-to-Market

- Market & competitor research
- Customer research and lead generation
- Go-to-market strategy
- Business development & growth experiments
- Helping turn ideas into actual products, customers and revenue

2. Content & MarketingContent creation is a major plus.

You may work on

- Instagram & LinkedIn content
- Reels / short-form videos
- Founder-led content
- Content strategy & storytelling
- Campaigns and brand communication

If you've created content before, show us. 3. DesignGood design sense is important.

You may work on

- Social media creatives
- Pitch decks & presentations
- Landing pages
- Marketing collateral
- Basic UI/UX

Helpful tools: Canva, Figma, CapCut, VN, Edits and AI tools. You don't need to know everything, but you should be willing to learn.

4. Client SuccessYou may interact directly with clients, understand requirements and coordinate with our internal tech team.

Good communication, professionalism and the ability to figure things out are essential.

5. TechnologyYou do not need to be a developer.

But some understanding of technology is required, websites, ecommerce, SaaS, AI tools, APIs, etc.

If you're interested in tech or coding, even better.



We'll give you exposure to how products are actually built and the opportunity to learn.

Whether you're pursuing a degree, have graduated, or don't have a conventional academic background, that's not what will decide your selection.

We care about what you can do, what you've built, and how seriously you want to grow.

PROOF OF WORK IS IMPORTANT

Don't just tell us you're good. Show us.

- Websites or products you've built
- College or personal projects
- Marketing campaigns
- Freelance work
- Startup / business experience
- Team projects you're proud of

No fancy portfolio? That's okay. Show us something you've actually worked on. Candidates without relevant proof of work may not be shortlisted.
