YourToken is a Super App for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) startups using the Shopify platform. Our innovative, integrated platform helps brands maximise customer retention, conversions, AOV. Usually brands end up juggling & managing complex apps ecosystems, we solve this with our All In One Power Toolkit.

Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Growth Intern. The intern will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement through data-driven growth strategies.

In addition to growth initiatives, this role also includes Sales Development responsibilities, where the intern will actively contribute to pipeline generation and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and experiment with growth hacking strategies for customer acquisition and retention Support and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation campaigns Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine growth strategies Assist in planning and executing campaigns aligned with business goals Manage and track projects to ensure timely delivery of growth initiatives Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails,



and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential D2C brands Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule demos for the sales team Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance metrics Continuously iterate on outreach scripts and strategies to improve conversion rates Qualifications

Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance evaluation Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Interest or experience in growth hacking, marketing, or startups Basic understanding of sales processes and outreach strategies Strong organizational and project management skills Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Interest in e-commerce, D2C brands, SaaS, or Shopify ecosystem is a plus Compensation & Duration

Stipend: Rs 20,000 - Rs 35,000 per month

Duration: 2–4 months

Full-Time Opportunity (PPO): High-performing interns may receive a full-time offer with compensation ranging from ₹7-8 LPA CTC
